Spinderihallerne is a group of adjacent buildings, intertwined in a complicated road system. It is impossible to define the edges, both internally and externally. In the past, the different types of warehouses and factories have been randomly combined without any apparent logic or organization. It is a collection of snapshots without coordination.
Due to this lack of aesthetic considerations, a minimalist beauty has emerged. To allow the spot to grow, we believe defining the edges is the most important step. We propose to gird the site with a continuous wall.
This strategy has a double impact: First, it reflects an urban attitude that brings the complex to the fore and at the same time homogenizes it. Second, this approach allows the environment to grow within the perimeter of the wall.
