The site is located in a context that is in development, causing many restrictions for the design. We took the parameters given and saw the building as one, split into two main parts and anchored by urban gardens. These gardens expand from the central interstice becoming pockets of activity, circulation, transparency, greenspace, and a break of the monotony of student apartments. Connecting the common spaces and the rooms, promenades on the west counter the space of the gardens. A succession of stairs, nodes for meeting, and punched views evokes a piranèsien space of multiple events.
