JDS is pleased to announce on our 2nd anniversary in China relocation to a new office space overlooking Suzhou creek on Xi Suzhou Lu.
JDS has undertaken over 20 projects in China in the past 2 years and looks forward to the Hangzhou H tower going under construction as our first built project in China in December. We wish to thank all our collaborators and clients for the ongoing success.

JDS GOES GANGNAM STYLE!

Korean press has just released the news that our 691 small residential units in Gangnam, Seoul will start sales on October 29th. This follows the confirmation of the date of the completion of construction scheduled 2 years from now on October 2014.
The project was designed for Shinyoung officetel label ‘Gwell’ and together with executive partner Junglim and will feature Scandinavian inspired interiors and a set of urban qualities such as uninterrupted views for all units, direct access to a hilly forest and several public amenities attached to the complex.

Julien De Smedt is taking part in the Belgian economic mission to Turkey under presidence of HRH Prince Philippe of Belgium,
HE Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister Minister of Foreign Affairs Foreign Trade and European Affairs,
HE Kris Peeters, Minister-President and Minister for Economy, Foreign Policy, Agriculture and Rural Policy, Government of Flanders,
HE Benoit Cerexhe, Minister of Economy, Employment, Scientific Research and Foreign Trade of the Brussels-Capital Region.
The mission starts Monday, the 15th of October, in Istanbul and will continue its program to Ankara and Izmir.

JDS DESIGNS SPORT RESORT IN TURKEY

JDS is currently working with WingField International Group SA on a proposal for a 350-key sports-oriented resort and marina along the Mediterranean coast of Adana province. Together with its local partners and JDS Architects, WingField intends to develop a resort which aspires to enhance the destination quality of the Adana region and its attractiveness for professional and leisure sports. WingField has identified a strong, international hospitality group to operate the resort. JDS Architects has been mandated to design the entire concept which will include the resort, a marina, residential units, sports facilities and sports medical facilities.
