M6B1 / M6B1 Student Housing

The site for the M6B1 student housing is located in an anonymous district that now is under transformation. The circulation within the building is organized as a spiral with social activities linking the ground floor to the roof terrace. As a respond to the generic context the exterior façade is a simple façade with punched windows, whereas the interior façades towards the spiral features elements normally found on the exterior façade of buildings: light fixtures, flower pots hanging by the window, all of which contributes to the animation of the common space of students.
