By folding the envelope of the local plan we ensure that all office space has a direct view to the harbour. At the same time the shape creates niches and plazas allowing for public life around the buildings. The sloped roof connects the height of the old city with the height of kalvebod brygge, and creates a new profile to the monotonous series of boxes on the harbourfront.
